This 503,000 square foot distribution center is the first facility in a planned multiple building park. It is a one story shell building constructed using tilt up concrete. It has a TPO roof system with a mechanically fastened 2.5” ISO, as well as an ESFR automatic fire protection sprinkler system.

Evans performed all site work, infrastructure, and shell building construction. Site work on the project included the clearing and erosion control, earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and curb and gutter.

This project is LEED Silver Certified.
