As another step in the expansion of new markets, DP Partners selected Evans General Contractors to construct their initial industrial park located in Savannah, Georgia. The project was initially over budget and Evans assumed responsibility for various design disciplines to establish a market-competitive budget for DP.

Construction of the 1,036,680 SF 2 Building campus began in September 2007 and was completed in November 2008. Dole Foods now occupies 65% of the buildings and includes temperature controlled, food grade storage and distribution of various food products. Their space features insulated urithane wall panels and freon refrigeration to maintain the 45 degree cooler space.
