Evans General Contractors was selected to design/build a 125,860 SF shared additive facility with 84,750 SF of future expansion. The facility consists of 9” concrete insulated wall panels and 60-mil mechanically attached TPO membrane roof over two layers of 2.6” insulation. A 20-ton variable volume roof top unit with factory mounted disconnect, roof curb, economizer with VFD, electric reheat, and return air smoke detector were also installed. Additional features include an aluminum storefront system with 1” insulated glazing, liquid nitrogen piping, domestic waste/vent piping PVC and domestic water with Type L Copper. Scope of work included design/build services, complete shell building construction, tenant build-out, and a comprehensive site work package.
