The new Rockwood Pigments Manufacturing Facility will be located in Augusta, Georgia and is a 120 million dollar project on 100 acres. Evans General Contractors is responsible for the complete 100% design/build of this project, totaling 20 acres of manufacturing / processing space in Phase I. The facility will be a turn-key delivery by Evans. The contract includes the Structural, Architectural and Civil design of the building, as well as the construction and the equipment installation.
