Evans General Contractors was selected to construct a new Logistics Center at the BMW Assembly Facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

The project included a 144,000 square foot Logistic Center Expansion, complete with 12 new dock positions, and Logistics Support Offices. It also included a 12,800 square foot expansion of an existing logistics center with 4 new dock positions as well as an Elevated Building Connector that connects the Assembly Plant to the Logistics Facility and four Large Materials Handling Elevators to transfer materials between the Logistics Center and the Assembly Facility.
