Southeastern Orthopedics is a 12,000 square foot second floor hospital addition in Savannah. The expansion included the addition of two new operating rooms, seven post-op rooms, an x-ray area, decontamination area, business offices, and a waiting area.

Additional parking and modifications to sidewalks were completed outside.

This project was special in the fact that Evans constructed the second floor while keeping the hospital open for the continuation of their existing services. Evans completed a great deal of work during the evening, overnight, and on the weekends in order to satisfy our client and keep disruptions to the patients at a minimum. The project required a great deal of coordination between all parties involved in order to complete the project successfully and on time.
